I really like this shot. I think if you would have taken it from a lower angle it would be even more intriguing for some reason, but maybe thats just me! Great stuff Robin.

Ah yes! I agree with you too. Maybe just because there are some distracting elements in the background though which take away from the subject. But you are right, the one you posted is more pleasing.
